RULE BOOK

LINE-UPS
Starting line-ups shall consist of:
1 QB
1 RB
1 WR
1 PK
3 SLOTS(Can be any combination of RB's, WR's, or TE's)

Starting line-ups are to be submitted to me in e-mail no later than 8:00 pm(CST) the night before of the first game(s) of the week. If you find out about a player that you started, you can replace him with another player. These changes have to be submitted to me in e-mail no later than 10:00 am(CST) day of the game(s) of the week.
Notes: It is important that you remember to get your line-ups in every week & on time. If you fail to e-mail me a line-up two weeks in a row, you will automatically lose. If you do it for three weeks you will be submitted for losing your team. If you for some reason have a hard time getting in a line-up, e-mail me and we will work something out.

If you start a player who is on a bye week, they will be played. You will not receive any points for that player. So make sure before you turn in your line-up, that all your players are not on bye!

ROSTERS
Each team is allowed no more than 1 coach & 12 players on a roster. You must have at least & at the most 1 Head Coach, 1 QB, 1 WR, 1 RB, 1 PK on your roster. The other 8 roster spots will be filled by SLOT players(RBs, WRs, & TEs).

When a QB or PK is on a bye week, you can get another player in the same position to replace them for that week with a player that is in HFFL free agency status.

If you have a player on IR, you can place him on IR and still keep the rights to the player for next season.

Every team who returns for another season is allowed to bring back 4 players from
it's previous season.

TRANSACTIONS
If you trade players with another team, both owners have to e-mail me explaining the trade. Note: I as the HFFL Commissioner have the right to DENY any trade that I see is unfair.

Weekly Transaction Period: You can start making transactions for your team from every Tuesday morning to Thursday night at 8:00 pm(CST). Unless the first game of the week is on a Thursday, then it will be from Tuesday morning to Wednesday night at 8:00 pm(CST).

If you want to add/remove, e-mail me what moves you'd like to do.

Trading deadline will be Week #8. All other transactions deadlines is Week #10.

Playoffs: If you have a player who is on a bye week during the playoffs, you can replace him with another player who plays the same position & is considered a free agent in the HFFL. If a player is on a roster of a HFFL team that didn't make the playoffs, he is NOT considered a free agent.

PLAYOFFS
The Playoffs will start on Week #13. Teams who finished in the top 3 in each division will make the playoffs. The two teams that finish first in their division will earn an automatic bye in the first round, and will face the winning team of their division first round game in the division finals. That will set-up two division finals, and the winners of both of the games will represent their division and go head to head in the Hardcore Bowl!

TIES
Just like the NFl, we have a overtime for teams that tie.

Regular Season-Our overtime decides a winner by combining the total points produced by the teams QB & PK. Which ever team has the mosit points produced by their QB & PK will be awarded the winner in OT! If you still tie after that, then it will be considered a tie.

Playoffs- Same as the regular season except there can be no ties. So their will be two more tie breakers. The second tie breaker will be decided by the combined points of the bench warmers. The third tie breaker will be decided by the RB's & WR's.

POINTS
Only the head coach & players on your 7 man starting line-up will be able to score for your team in a game. So it is very important to e-mail me your starting line-up in on time every week. This is a score only league. No bonus points.
Note: Home teams are automatically given 2 points for the home field advantage.

Head Coach Win- 3
All Touch Downs(running, receiving, passing)- 6
Field Goals- 3
Point After(kick for the extra point after TD)- 1
